New Master-Planned Communities in Northeast Florida

Even before Hurricane Maria pummeled the Caribbean, Florida was experiencing a population surge.  Recognized as the fifth-fastest growing state in the country, people flock to Florida for its warm temperatures, beautiful beaches and diverse cultures. Over the last seven years, St. Johns County has grown by nearly 24 percent, and Duval County saw its population rate increase for the third straight year. With more people comes the need for more housing, so it’s not surprising that more developers are setting their sights on our area. In fact, new master-planned communities seem to be popping up every month. These communities, however, are so much more than just a new housing development. They are truly unique neighborhoods that offer residents the best of everything; from well-appointed homes and social hubs, to natural preserves with breathtaking views, these master-planned communities are so spectacular that you may never want to leave.
